| Here is another tid bit to ponder. The maint phone is unable to dial the ACOD and hear anything. The onsite person says that they get all of the digits dialed and then they get the 'release and try again' busy signal. The phone is a maint phone so what could this be? Did I mention that this is a nasty little option 11C?
