It's basically a sanitarium, everyone who works there from the top down is pretty much completely paranoid and delusional, more so than the folks they have locked up / drugged up in there. They put the PBX in this 'special' room where the thermostat is only adjustable from 90 to 130 degrees so the switch room is always floating at about 100 degrees. They refuse to put air conditioning in because the temperature is below the point at which the PBX cuts out and we have to replace all the parts that burn up (power supplies and mermail units) for FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!... not really... but they don't pay for it.
