Well, this could be a couple things, first I would check the mailbox profile (9.1) and verify it's a type 0 mailbox. Next leave the user a message and log in while listening to the prompts carefully. from the main menu press 1, if you don't hear your message, press 337. I have heard some odd things recorded and people smetimes think they are system messages when they are acutally a recorded message.
