| At my work we have a G3si system. I am trying to connect a couple of 500am headset adapters to a couple of 7406+ phones via the port on the bottom of the phone. If I try this on a phone that has already had a 500am, it works fine. If I try this on a new phone it does not, so I am guessing that something needs to be set in the switch for this to work. Can someone give me instructions on how to set this up?
