| Data Locked in ASA
G3Si R11 4620 IP phones.
My IP solution is working fine on the local network. When I call off site to a remote location VIA network, the phones work great. Problem is when I use a digital line to call, I can hear them, but they can't hear me. I only have about 15 phones deployed, so we're small in that aspect. The IP voice passed through about 3 routers to get to it's location. Do I have some settings for the MedPro or CLAN that might not be correct?? I have duplex to auto since anyother way didn't seem to help and codec of 729A. I recieved a reply from Tek Tips forum to check the MedPro but didn't say what to look for, just said check the settings on the MedPro. |
