SUBSCRIBER AUTOMATED ATTENDANT MENU Allow Call Transfer? n Button Extension Treatment Comment 1: e call-answer 2: e call-answer 3: 4: 5: 6: 7: 8: 9: 0: Timeout: 2299 transfer Length Of Time-Out On Initial Entry : 5 "e" goes on the line where your extensions are. Our extensions start with 1 and 2. You'll need to create a greeting like. "Please dial your parties 4 digit extension and # now" Now, the Admin has W on the phone. The boss is not available. "Please hold Mr Bush, I'll transfer you into his voice mail". Push transfer, dial 2299, put in your boss's extension #, and push transfer (or hang up if your switch is set up to do that).
