| We repair those phones and we have see certain phones that have a different I/C chip than the usual ones. When the chip is replaced with the usual one, the phones work fine. We suspect, but are not yet certain, that the suspect phones were made for the Canadian or European markets. There was a "C" in the part code that was not on the other phones.
