Thank you very much for the advice. I believe we are on the same page... so that is a good thing.

You are correct. Currently, I have 2 Legends in two different offices (same release and everything). They will be merged into one large system (parts from one will "expand" the other).
I was thinking the same as far as separating my faxes and courtesy phones, etc. And, I figured that since the Telco was passing 7 digits to my switch, that I should setup a dialing plan that will delete 3 digits (because I assume that it will delete the first 3 digits, or the prefix), and then match the remaining 4-digit DID to my 4-digit internal extensions. Since I haven't choosen my numbers yet, I am going to request that I get numbers in the 1000, 2000, or 3000 range (preferrably the 2000 or 3000). I figure that since everything else starts representing access codes, group calling, pools, etc (such as pool "70," or line "801") that I should stay on the lower end of the numbering scale. I did read that I could practially renumber everything (including my pools and calling groups), but why put myself through extra work if I can avoid it.
The only other question I am now curious about, is the "64-button" representation within a line pool. I read that a pool can only be represented on 64 buttons on extensions. However, I am thinking that I will create the main pool "70," and renumber it to "9." Then, instruct everyone to pickup one of their "SA" buttons and dial 9 to get an outside dialtone (which in reality is the new code number of pool 70). And, since that pool would not be programmed on anyone's buttons of their phones so they would always have to dial the "9" to access that pool, I should not be under that "64 button" restriction... or at least that was what I was thinking. This restriction is important, because we are planning on expanding to have about 170 users within the new building, and I want one pool with every PRI line in it. And, I want to make sure all users that have an extension can access an outside line all the time. Does anyone know if there is any issues with putting ISDN PRI lines that have DID for internal calling into the same calling group people use to make outbound calls? I don't think there is, but just want all my ducks in a row.
Again, much thanks with everyone's help.
