| Hi All, Here's the scenario: The sales manager (Sam) has Send All Calls activated on his phone. Thus when the phone rings, he hears the re-direction tone and the call routes to the first point of his coverage path (his AA Tina). When she answers the call, it remains on the call appearance on his phone. She then announces to him who is calling and he then presses the call appearance and begins talking. Over the past week or two he noticed that he can do this if it is an internal caller, but if the caller is coming from the outside, he is unable to press the call appearance and bridge onto the call. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how they set this up in the first place.... Any suggestions? TIA, Steve |
