I put a loopback plug on the end of the cable where it normally plugs into the smart jack.
Typed "stat tru 5" = same results as before, each member shows to be "out-of-service-NE"
I wonder if NE means near end?
Also, I have not done anything to the CSU, wonder if that could be a problem? I should get the manual and look at the configuration.
