| If the Octel is telling you you must turn the light off first you can go to menu 20 and then 9 and then type in reformat and go to the att message waiting utils and turn the lights off but you need the service bit on for that and you don't want to do it with any traffice on the system at all or message waiting will stop working for anyone in there mailbox at that time |
