| deal all, im a technician and is quite new to avaya media servers. as many of our customer would like to change the config of their definity/s8300/s8700 servers at non-office hr. i wld like to ask i can schedule some tasks using asa or the like so that i can do the job beforehand. also, i wanna know if i can remotely connect to the servers, after the scheduled time, to verify the changes. is it true that i can do so via modem connection? generally the changes include types of phone set, port location, phone features, ... (all the common changes for a common client)
