Re: RE: Rix, your famous!

Hello all. We are implementing Cisco CCM 4.1 that is to service 3 sites currently with expansion to more. I am at one of those sites and am implementing a VG224 analog gateway (SCCP not MGCP). When I login with my MLA account I can do EVERYTHING on the CCM with one exception. Under Devices > Gateways when I try to access that VG224 I recieve an error pop up that says "ASP file not found in mapping" and the web browser shows the CCM Admin page with ACCESS DENIED on the page. I can go back to do anything else but can't admnister this gateway UNLESS I login as ccmadministrator. After that it works fine as ccmadministrator. I have seen a similar issue in 4.1 with the integrated mailbox tool for Unity. The fix for this was to delete a line in one of the ASP pages. I can only assume that there is a similar fix for this issue. I put in a non-urgent TAC case in, but I always cover my bases and have posted here and on the Cisco Forums. Who out there wants to see if they can beat TAC to the punch? Let me know. Thanks.
