ringing volume

Does anyone know where I can purchase a VoIP gateway (convert your home phone (analog) to VOIP) for around $200 dollars.

I know VoiceTronix makes a 4 port VoIP Card for incoming/outgoing calls, and then there is the Internet PHONEJack by QuickNET, but I was looking for something that was independant of a computer.

I was looking at the Cisco ATA 186, until I found out it was to convert VoIP to an Analog phone. But on the same note, I am looking for something that will convert 1 or 2 POTS line into VoIP Accessable (independant of a computer).

Everything I have found so far is for a T1/PRI.

Also, could someone give me a round-about cost for a ITG 2.0 card? Everywhere I look says "CALL".
