Hello, PBX and octel are the two systems that we are using in our company. We are having problems with voice mail.
if i have a phone that have two dn and each of them have voice mail.
on key 0 one dn and key 1 the other. If key 1 the person is on the phone, it will be busy instead of going in the voice mail. No problems with key 0.
Any idea how i should program this?
