That is a pain. I am hoping to have our VLANs on the same wire. One connection to the desktop. I was also reading that if you have multiple sites it is better if there is a VLAN for each site that the signaling servers know about so they can route traffic to each place with out interfering with the others.

Found a good book "taking charge of your VoIP project" published by Cisco Press. When I first saw it I thought it would be full of Cisco biases but to my surprise, it was not and a very good read covering allot of ground. Worth a read if you can lay your hands on a copy.

There is loads to learn and we are just scratching the surface here.
