We have recently installed a 1000M w/VOIP (i2004 sets) in India using a Sify provided 1.0 MPLS circuit. We are having problems with voice quality and volume. There have only been up to 12 people on the phones at once. We've asked Sify to look at the line and they indicated that we weren't getting the full bandwidth, but that has been addressed. Still having the same problem. ANY ADVICE?? We've been told to get a point-to-point circuit is the solution. ANYONE OUT THERE USING MPLS? |
