| MAT Internal Call Detail Recording?
I have a manager who's remote notification has been removed from the mail box. Rebuilding isn't the issue here. I am curious how it was removed. Other than manually going in to a mail box and deleting the programming, how can this feature just disappear from a mail box? The class of service had also been down sized, so to speak. I see nothing in an audit trail or in the Seer Messages that indicate any problem on the line or within the system. Is there a way to find out if mischief making is the cause? Any heads-up would be appreciated.
