Hello all. I am getting ready for the first phase of a call center implementation in Canada. I need to know from anyone with telecomm experience in Canada or any Canadian telecomm folks who can point me to a good reference for telecomm regulations in Canada. I am specifically looking for information regarding emergency services. We had to obviously make provisions for our U.S. call center and want to know what they are for Canada. Thanks. |
