I'm new to our phone system. We have an Nortel Option 11 and I know just enough to be dangerous!
I recently had a user move from one office to another. What's the best way to handle this? Should I relocate the punch downs in the telco room or should I make the change in the system itself? If so, how do you move a user from on location to another within the system?
