When a caller calls in to check for messages, to his ICP 200 CX, the message playback volume (to the caller) is very low. Is there a way to up the volume for message playback?

Also, is there a way to setup a specific phone number that will go directly to voice mail? This is for outsider callers calling in to check their messages.
