Hi Nelson,

You will need to narrow it down a bit. Most systems are proprietary and have their own programming sequences (from the small Key System to the major PBX’s). Are you interested in any particular system.

Having said that – there are a lot of similarities.

For example – how systems are wired to the end sets, feature names and mnemonics..

I’ve worked on everything from AT&T 3100 systems to Panasonic – and they are all different.
