| Altigen is based in Freemont. The system is very easy to program from a web browser interface. The only drawback I have seen from this end is that the quality of the speaker phone on the IP set is not as good as I am used to. However, if you are not going to use the IP set, then you can use any analog set you want. The analog ports will provide name and number caller ID, and will also provide loop supervision. I am first and foremost a Nortel person, and would chose Nortel over anything else on the market. That said, I would definately chose the Altigen over the smaller NEC switches. |
