It is pretty expensive but has quite a few modules. Trouble/Mac tickets, GUI interface to servord, cable management, Inventory management & ALI interface for 911 applications. System also has a module for SMDR/billing. System is a client/server app, with the server running on Win2000 & Oracle. |
