| I just moved jobs, we have a alcatel pabx and A4400 management application r4.2. How do I relate which numbers are attached to physical ports so that i may patch in a user. I have been through the options but can not find anything relating to which physical port a numbers connected to. Hopefully i can then allocate a number to an office. As you might of guessed i'm not a telecomms man i'm in IT just happen to have to support the telephones here. Hope this all makes sense. |
