| Creating Access Codes I’m trying to help a customer that has a Merlin Legend R7.0 with Merlin Messaging R1.0. They want the voice mail system to answer the calls both day and night. I had the customer put the system in Night Service Mode, but then it only plays the Night Greeting in the AA. How can I make it play the Day Greeting during the Day and the Night Greeting during the night but still have the AA answer 24 hours a day? Also, when the caller transfers to the operator extension (533) it rings forever and the voice mailbox never picks up. I tried creating a mailbox for 533, but it never picks up. How can I make it ring the operator extension and then go to the voice mail box after a set number of rings? |
