Hello.

I am very close to deciding between the Altigen and the Avaya systems. I've been researching this for the past 2 months and have met with both Avaya and Altigen twice with a long list of questions. I've been told by both compnaies that they never seen anyone do their due diligence like I have nor have they been asked some of the questions I asked them. I was burned by Inter-Tel in the past and will not let this happen again.

I may post my list of questions out here for future pby pursuers. In any event, I am trying to find at least one forum, like this one, to see what other users think of their Altigen system. Is there any around? There isn't much on this forum and nothing at Yahoo News Groups although I can find plenty on Avaya.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I really like the Altigen and feature for feature Avaya doesn't stack up but Avaya is much more financially sound and has been around a lot longer. And we are not doing Voip.
