SIMPLE FIX???

First off this site is a great resource for info and I offer my thanks to all that support it .
Has anyone experienced a problem with a agent's name missing from either the agent performance report or a duplicated version of this report ? I have one agent that when you run a performance report her name is not displayed , her login ID is shown but not the name . All of the other agent names for this supervisor apperar on the report but not this one ( maybe she is a secret agent :laugh: ) ) . I have deleted the agent's user account and rebuilt it several times but still no name . In the report properties the option for "agent name " is the option picked .
We are running SCCS 4.0 on the Nortel NT box and the 4.0 client on WIN2000 PCs . All machines have the lastest PEPs installed .

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated !!
