Dear all,

I'm newbie here. I face problems at Panasonic PABX KX-TA616. I don't know how to lock extension to prevent outgoing call while the owner's not at his/her desk (usually called "electronic lock"), and I also don't know how to make a forward call at operator while she/he went home (I want to forward any incoming calls to other extension).

Please advise from you guys. And FYI, I usually face Nortel PABX, so if you have problems with Nortel PABX, maybe I can help.
