Well actually that is exactly what I want to do what I told you
1) I want to have the capability for someone to call in an order to office and/or leave a message.
2) I want to verify the telephone number and data for authenticity of actual number (telephone) to ensure it is vendor with accurate information
3) I want to have data automatically inserted to the database.
that is it. low call volume of about 50 vendors
Order details would be on order of 300 chars max or somewhere around there. Could be slightly adjusted to optimize equipment I guess. |
