But if I read between the lines here do I assume that the Altigen is not a favorite since nobody has really mentioned it? I am not familiar with Nortel's system but by browsing this site I see a lot of posts from Nortel reps and I'd like to see more user feedback. Our call center isn't that big but it can grow to 6, 7 perhaps 10 people over time. We are very busy however, which is why we use a dedicated T1 for our lines, both sales and support. We currently have 4 reps and we use an ACD, etc. which helps us out a lot and gives a good impression. |
