I also just checked out that link and am also confused about about a few things. If you were new to PBX's and were looking for a fair comparison then I would not use that list.
I understand that it is on the Nortel Portal but if you are going to put the stats of say an Option 81C then I think you need to put in some other larger enterprise systems.

Alcatel OmniPCX office - Pure IP? What about an Alcatel OmniPCX 4400

or How About a HICOM 350H (10,000 config. ports, I have 4 T2's connected to mine) or HiPath 4000 series.

I know a list like that must be hard to keep up to date but the HICOM and Alcatel 4400 have been around for a while and are quite popular in other countries.

I believe the biggest Alcatel installation is in Las Vegas school district? With about 200-300 nodes with 28,000 users.

or How about Ericsson's MD110 another Enterprise PBX.
