| Hello We are a software company and need a call center product for support and for sales. We currently use Inter-Tel but will be dumping the system at the end of the year mainly because of cost and the difficulty in programming the system. I have been evaluating companies and I like to know what you think about Avaya, Vodavi and Altigen. We need ACD, voicemail, good reporting, Auto attendant, Hold/transfer, music on hold, etc. We have a dedicated T1 with DID for our lines. Does anyone know which company provides the better product? Who has the best features, etc.? Thanks. |
