I rest my case , please read my post "I have a gripe".
As a technician in Chicago, I have experienced on-site VOIP demos from
Cisco, (which, by the way cost us a small fortune). I was not impressed, nor was my Chief Technology Officer.
As I read your post, there was no mention of latency issues with Cisco
VOIP. Regardless of what VOIP vendors say, there are latency issues still
effecting customers. These issues most often do not occur initially, however, as traffic on backbones increase, so does the latency and becomes quite annoying to staff members.

Thanks for your list, I will save for future reference.
