I am not sure about the HiPath 4300 but I can tell you how I have set up a number of GSM devices on a Hicom 350H. Hope this helps, I know the HiPath 4000 E-doku is pretty much the same as the Hicom 300 E-doku (I have a copy of both).
My GSM gateways are only anaolgue but I would assume you would only define a different type of trunk group for PRI. I also actually use two different GSM carriers to get the best rates.
Our work fleet of ~600 mobiles is with 'A' carrier so I have setup two routes one for 'A' carrier and one for 'B' carrier. 'B' carrier covers the rest as it gives me the best mobile to mobile rate regardless of the carrier the user is with, but for our work fleet the other carriers cannot match the rate 'A' carrier gives to calls between it's mobiles.
