Ok, the switch is up and running, and no problems with it. Nortel has dialed in and made sure of the patches and the firmware revisions on the 3900 sets. Switch in process of a sys wide flash download at this time. Only prob is when a call is trn to a sta, it doesn't go to vm, it returns to att. Calls to a sta's DID # forward or hunt on to the vm. Nortel tech said to set up acd group for the vm, but I am at a loss as to how to do it. I have 6 acd groups with 6 different ran announcements in the switch now, and all work fine. Prob I have is not prog th 500 sets for acd, it's how to program them to appear and work with the 2616 and 2008 sets in the DMID. Anybody got a clue, or has anyone done this before??? Avaya wants to charge an arm and a leg for tech support on this, and of course I'd like to avoid this if possible. :casstet: :casstet: :casstet:  __________________
