| can you change phone set type Over the week end we received multiple calls on every phone line at our facility. The calls that were answered or went to voice mail heard a modulated tone. Calls lasted from 6 to 14 seconds. Our CDR records don't any data other that the route and route member for these calls. We have PRI circuits and are having a hard time with the Telco in trying to back track the source of these calls. 1) Has anyone else experienced this type of event? What was it and what did you do? 2) For security, what can be done retroactively on a PRI circuit to gather this type of information? As much detail as possible please.
