| Our ISDX-L is already a four cabinet job, with plenty of spare slots. The fourth cabinet was basically put in for Optiset cards. And the ISDX-sn is at a remote building connected to our campus via a DPNSS link.

I do all the programming that I am able to without having to resort to the Vendor support, which includes MACs, ACD, LCR, TOD, Hunt Groups, etc, etc.
I don't use callscan or ringmaster.... Can't say that I have actually heard of these products. I use Phonecontrol for collecting call data, Active Voice-Repartee for Voice mail and Procomm Plus as my programming interface. |
