I have a client with an old 8x24 and old startalk like the old KSU jobs. They are having an issue when an inbound call comes in from the outside (DID equipped system) and the caller punches in the ext number of their party, it seems to NOT be recognizing all the digits, the calls seem to be being directed to the wrong mailboxes or no mailboxes (getting no user messages) anyone have any clues or opinions? We have changed out the mail once already, and now are possibly planning a NAM upgrade to correct this BUT I am not sure that would work?! TIA for any and all advice!!
