| Please perform repair for TM 3.2 and reinstall patches and give a try. Before you proceed the above step try this, Right click on Mycomputer>>>Properties>>>Click on advanced tab and click on settings tab of performance then you should see a different window with three tabs click on data execution prevention click on that and select "Turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only" and click apply and give a reboot to TM and try to open the telemanagement telephone configuration page.
