I guess E601 and E602 don't work, either? I had this problem on an IPS and called my vendor out there. He said the 3 extensions I had the problem with were in "callback." (Whatever that means...)
I wish I could remember what he did to fix it. All I can think of is he programmed a cancel code for something. |
