| We have a residence that we installed an STS with a viking doorbox tied to a co port. Customer is reporting sporadic trouble with the system, saying the phones will call themselves and just pretty much going haywire. They reset the system, and it work fine for a coupla days. I have been unable to re-create said problems and customer is getting upset. They say when the problem occurs, among other things, line 1 will be ringing and when they pick it up they hear a loud squeal and static. The system was programmed using WINDBA for STS. Any suggestions on what to look for when I arrive? We've installed several other STS's and have not had any problems whatsoever. Any thoughts would be appreciated. |
