| This happens when the PMS link is trying to write to forms (normally during check in/out). It has a higher level assigned to it than a terminal user and therefore locks the forms. Is this all forms or just ones associated with PMS (teldir, Sta serv, etc)?
Sounds to me like the PMS is constanlty writing to database therefore locking anyone else out. |
