| Problem setting wakeups/programming on older SX2000 I have a customer with an older Mitel SX-2000 PBX (LW24 I think) that is having problems setting wakeups from the console, whenever we try to set it for a guest room, it says "Database is locked by INSTALLER" in the display and exits out, but if we disconnect the Dataset for the Opera PMS interface, we can use the console as would be expected, reconnect the PMS interface and everytime we get the database locked message. I also cannot access any forms for programming when the PMS interface is active, it gives the same message that the database is locked by installer. BTW, this is a new PMS system and they never had a wake-up RAD before either. Is there some kind of additional programming or change that needs to be done to allow these to operate together, like on Nortel PBX's there is a multi-user option that allows multiple users to be accessing the database at one time? I have another site with a somewhat newer SX-2000 (LW29) with the same Opera PMS system and it does the same thing at times, but usually retrying it 2 or 3 times lets you in to a programming form or use the Guest Room function, but when setting a wake-up or in programming, the PBX NAK's all PMS messages until the console is out of the Guest Room function or the current programming form is exited. Any ideas??? __________________ Telephony users cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain a useful feature, a feature of equal value must be lost.
