I fairly understand the concept i.e. logically we can have different customers with their own numbering plan (no need to worry about clashing with others!) but they all share some common hardware resources in the system like DTR,TDS, etc. Jack: We also have a department which does some common work for all these independent customers. I was just trying to see if we can INTERNALLY call each other probably with some kind of digit manipulation. But, looking at NTP again, since NARS codes are also specific to a customer, I really doubt if this is possible. Is there a workaround without going for trunk calls? Many thanks! |
