| Upload system audio issues
I've uploaded system audio files tons of times but am having issues with it now.
I log onto the 3300 and upload a file and I get a success message but when playing back the message the mailbox will play back the original message, not the new one.
Tried a different mailbox, same issue
Tried another audio file (which I've uploaded previously), same issue
Our 3300Mxe reboots ever Sunday morning so it's been up a few days now but can't see that being an issue
I use the upload procedure a lot as I use it for IVR messages etc, bit worried now! Any help would be appreciated! |
