| I understand, what I meant was I don't think you can get that part from MITEL as an individual part. You may be able to check with Genesis, Dean, or another refurb house to get the part.
We have found it is easier to keep a spare chassis on hand of each type, they are VERY easy to swap out. Just swap the HD, SYSID chip and any other option cards and power up and you are done. __________________
