| Use route lists rather than standard routes for ARS. route lists are (as it says on the tin) a list of routes assigned against ARS digits and are tried in the order they are entered. However it will always try the primary route first and then the secondary. Therefore if your E1 fails and you try and make a call it will try the E1 first, detect the trunks are out of service and try the second route in the list which would be the analogue trunks. |
