| Event Handler from IVR to RAN Hi all, we have customer that has CC6 installed with CS1K rls 5.0 and Call Pilot Rls 5.0, all incomming calls to Contact Center have treatment from Call Pilot GIVE IVR, all work good, now the customer want that script can be changed dynamically from GIVE IVR to GIVE RAN when CC server detect loss connection of Call Pilot. please if anyone know how to implemant this script don't hesitate to reply me Thanks in advance |
