| Thanks for the replies. the trunk is analog. we performed a test sending from 2 differnet fax machines (at the same time) in our office to a differnet german fax machine and still have the problem. to change the speed would mean hundreds of customers changing their fax machine speeds which is too impractical. i need to prove the problem is not mitel related so the next test is to try sending a fax from a non mitel system direct to the german fax. any other thoughts\comments appreciated. |
